Chef Neeraj Rawoot, Executive Chef of Sofitel Mumbai BKC said, “The integration with Swissôtel & Fairmont Singapore will bring the fusion of cuisine and culture with luxury gastronomy to this Magnifique property. This food festival will give an opportunity for connoisseurs to relish the buffet under the expertise of Chef James and Nyun, sharing some interesting insights into the exquisite menu.”
