The chefs take you down the memory lane from the last century to relish the special brunch- Savouring Century of Flavours. The classic menu features Chicken Saltimbocca, Mexican Gumbo Soup, Seafood Paella, Salt Grill – Corn fed Chicken, Tenderloin Medallion, Caribbean Jerk Chicken, Five spiced roast duck with tangerine, Eggs Benedict, Waldorf Salad, Baked Mushroom and Spinach, Meditation Eggplant and so much more.

You have the perfect opportunity to taste quite a few variants of Hilton’s signature- Piña Colada (first created at the Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico) like mango, strawberry, rose and of course pineapple.
