Teej celebration at Jars and Journeys

Journeys invites you to their very first Teej celebration. Teej popularly known as ‘teejri’ by Sindhis is the day which commemorates the reunion of Lord Shiva & Parvati. Women celebrate this day by keeping a fast for longer lives of their husband.

Jars and Journeys brings to you a fun filled day of  Teej celebration before your fast.Come and indulge in an array of traditional activities such as mehendi art and shop beautiful dress materials.   Gorge on some delicious food by Cooked by Moms which includes some Karanji, Kopra Pak, Mini Samosa, Kothambir Vadi and Boondi Ladoo. Also binge on palatable Mithais by Sindhi’s Kitchen. So register now as we have limited seats available.
