We are pleased to announce Alok Chakravarty, who brings a rich experience of 22 long years in the hospitality industry, as the Director of Sales & Marketing at our hotel. With over 17 years of acumen of sales & management, Alok has previously worked as Director of Sales at the The Leela Palace, New Delhi. He has also worked with leading brands like The Oberoi Group, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Carlson Hotel, his last assignment was with Shangri-La’s Eros New Delhi as Director of Sales and Marketing. A visionary with a fairly successful career, he is known for his brainstorming skills and formulating innovative sales & marketing strategies that have helped various businesses prosper.

A well respected professional, Alok Chakravarty’s expertise lays in balancing the twin goals of customer satisfaction and revenue goals. In the course of his journey, he has been ardently involved in the various dynamics that go into making an endeavor a success. These include designing and implementing marketing activities, competitive analysis in mapping the latest business trends and spearheading strategic business collaborations. He also specializes in budgeting and forecasting as well as strategic planning, building robust channels of inter-personal communication & training. Through his creative customer engagement activities, he has helped build a higher recall value and customer loyalty towards the brand.
