A festive 4-course meal of salads, small plates, main course, and a Diwali special dessert. The meal with have dishes from Italian cuisine like a Pocket Bombs for small plates (sumac and pepper hummus with grilled eggplant and zucchini, mini falafel and crispy okra), Prosperity for main course ( penne with asparagus, spinach & kale pesto and shaved emigrant) and Dynamite for dessert( Burst of lavender and white chocolate with crackling pop rocks bursting like fire sprints of dynamite in your mouth)
