Pune, July 3, 2019: Always wanted to travel to Spain and try their unique flavours.? Well, this Sunday we can make part of that dream come true. The Cafe at Hyatt Regency Pune is hosting a special Spanish cuisine Sunday brunch.

What better way to end the week and get ready to tackle the next, than to enjoy a relaxed brunch with family or friends. This Sunday our vivacious training manager Aarti Naik, brings you the flavours of Spain.

Spain has always been known for dishes prepared from farm fresh produce and use of herbs and spices. Come and try some of their signature offerings.

Try the world famous meats like the Chorizo, which is a sweet and spicy cured sausage. Of course the land known for the famous La Tomatina festival needs to have a signature tomato dish. This comes in the form of Gazpachio, a chilled tomato soup flavoured with herbs and spices. This dish also has many health benefits, for those of you who are conscious.

Alternatively, for something a little closer to home, try their rice preparation, Paella. Made with flavoured rice, cured meats and lots of vegetables, it is a complete meal on its own.
