Vasant Khot appointed Executive Chef at The Resort, Madh-Marve

The Resort, Madh-Marve has announced the appointment of Chef Vasant Khot as its new Executive Chef. A veteran of the hospitality industry, Chef Khot brings over 20 years of culinary experience from around the world. He boasts of a wealth of experience courtesy of several assignments at prominent brands like, Hyatt, Le Meridien, Holiday Inn, Concord Luxury Hotels Carnival Plc etc and will now lead the cooking team in setting the standard for fine dining at The Resort’s various restaurants.

Chef Khot most recently served at the Concord Luxury Suites & Hotels, Nairobi Kenya, South Africa where he managed multiple units As a Group Executive Chef and over saw menu creations and Fnb Operations for all the Units. By appointing Chef Khot as Executive Chef, The Resort has welcomed a fantastic and experienced chef, with a number of awards and achievements to his name including gold medals and various participations in the National Culinary challenge India and Hotelex. He has been extensively writing innovative articles in various publications and has featured in television programs on CNBC Awaaz, Food Food, MTV, TV9 etc. In a career-defining role, Chef Khot recently completed a stellar assignment for the Government of India’s AFDB 2017 (African Finance Development Bank) held in Gandhi Nagar.
