First Indian Women to win a Michelin Star

Chef Garima Arora has become the first Indian woman to earn a Michelin Star. She received this accolade for her restaurant GAA in Bangkok which is just 16 months old. She and her team have really worked hard which bore the fruit so early. She has been an acolyte of celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay, Rene Redzepi and Gaggan Anand. Garima dedicates this star to her team. The food she cooks is personal for her. It never describes a particular cuisine. It describes her experience from the past years. Ritu Dalmia, a well-known celebrity chef, very popular after she designed the amazing menu of the Virushka’s dream-wedding. She is a lesbian and she is not ashamed of it. She is bold and fearless.
