The longest dosa measures 16.68 m (54 ft 8.69 in) and was achieved by Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM and Naturralle Refined Sunflower Oil, prepared by Hotel Daspalla (all India), at the Forum Sujana Mall, in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, on 16 November 2014.
The ingredients used to make the dosa were rice, lentils, water, fenugreek seed and salt and it was cooked using Naturralle Refined Sunflower Oil. The dosa had a total weight of 13.69 kg. A total of 29 chefs participated in the preparation and cooking of the dosa
